Abstract : This study aimed to evaluate scolar productivity in LIS field about men & women, Saudi & Non-Saudi, in Saudi universities from three times of period: 1990-1995, 1996-2001, 2002-2005. This evaluation was to know the differences in quality and quantity according to gender and nationality. The study used the survey method with the questionnaires sent by e-mail to all faculty members in those universities. The most important results that 47% from the simple of the study are still in teacher assistant degree that need to do more in research and studies. The last period of the study showed increase in the research by 54%, publishing researches in a scholarly journal is the best activity done in the three times of periods, while women activities in conferences is increased at the same time. Also these times have showing an increase of some subjects such as users studies, system analysis, digital libraries, E- publishing & E-Systems, and the decrease of others such as children literature & continue education.
