Abstract : The dialogue in the skills of the student and the student's ability and being able to enable a conversation with the flow of information and talking with the other party and its existence and rights of faith and understanding of the nature and objectives of the dialogue and etiquette. The study aimed to identify the availability of the dialogue skills of Saudi university students, and the role of social networking sites in their development. The study relied on a survey method in the field of data collection using the questionnaire attached scale dialogue skills of the researcher. Medicine study on a random sample of students from King Abdul Aziz University single 233-strong, and that in the second semester of the year 1434-1435h. The study resulted in a number of the most important findings: that social networking sites are more Internet sites favored by the respondents 30%. The study revealed that most respondents are exposed to social networking sites motivated to get new information, with a rate of 20.4%. 54% have noted a positive change in the dialogue skills they have due to their exposure to social networking sites. It has been proven through the use of scale dialogue skills that there are significant differences between those who are exposed to social networking sites and those who are not exposed to it, where the average dialogue skills to those who are exposed to networking sites higher than other.
